![]() ![]() For my variant of this issue, it’s as if playing for an extended period causes something to build up within D2R that exiting clears. But, once the problem starts back up again, it will continue disconnecting me from games every few seconds until I exit completely. ![]() That will correct the issue so that hours go by without the problem happening again. I am fortunate in that one thing that has helped me is to exit Diablo entirely. I can appreciate Blizzard’s response and agree that these sort of issues can happen for a variety of reasons, however, I have noticed something somewhat unique with my issue. I don’t lose connection with the internet,, or anything else - it simply kicks me out of the game repeatedly and I land back in the lobby. I had perfect connectivity until the most recent patch, now I can only play for 30 seconds to 3 minutes, tops, before being booted. LoD is not that.Hello - saw a Blue post saying I should create a new topic for this, so here it is. Play the original Diablo 2 for the Diablo 1 experience (versions 1.06 and below). You'd need a good mercenary, with high-end items.īesides, Diablo 2 is all about beating all difficulties. You wouldn't even have access to Anya quest from Normal, turning your resistance penalty from -40 to -50. You couldn't shop anything viable either, since the shop levels are restricted by your level too. You couldn't wear any good items since your level is not high enough. The mobs also gain resistances, and there are large amounts of immunes in Act 5 NM not that your skills would deal any damage (apart from Corpse Explosion and Static Field). Since the difference between your level and monster level is >10, you would gain 2% of the experience granted by killing enemies. Assuming 5000 Attack Rating which would be close to impossible to achieve, your chance to hit would be:Ģ * (5000/(5000+792)) * (1-(30 / (30+58))) = 31,5 %Įven more importantly, you wouldn't gain any experience. ![]() In other words, you wouldn't hit anything. This is without taking into account the far higher defense of the monsters, compared to your attack rating. This would instantly incur a chance to hit penalty of The very first monsters you'd encounter would be level 58. ![]() Now, if I understand correctly, you would want to instantly skip into Act 5 Nightmare. Commonly, you would finish Act 4 at level 30 or so. The problem is that levels matter far more in Diablo 2 than D1. ![]()
